Police called to City Park to report of 'bloodied man carrying knife'

Police called to City Park to report of 'bloodied man carrying knife'

POLICE were called to Bradford city centre following a report of an injured man carrying a knife.
Officers went to Godwin Street after a report came in at 2.26pm that a man with a facial injury was seen near to Nando's.
A passing motorist had reported seeing an injured man holding a Stanley-type craft knife.
There was a suggestion that a man with blood on his face had gone into the public toilets in City Park.
Officers could find no trace of an injured man and no arrests have been made. Police investigations are continuing.
Police officers also went to Culture Fusion, a youth centre on Thornton Road, to reports of an "altercation" between two men.

Police have spoken to both men involved in the altercation. Neither man wanted to make a complaint and no-one had been hurt. 
Initially, police were not sure if the two incidents were linked.
