POLICE have issued a CCTV appeal after two teenagers were assaulted in a train station.
The incident happened at Leeds Train Station on Sunday March 20, and involved two 18 year olds being assaulted by a man who later got into a taxi to Bingley.
A CCTV image of a man police want to speak to over the incident has now been released by British Transport Police.
The teens were waiting in the taxi queue outside the station at around 7pm when three men, all wearing Guinness St Patrick’s Day hats, approached them.
One of the men began verbally abusing one of the victims, then without any provocation, launched a tirade of punches at his head.
When his friend tried to intervene and pull off the attacker, he was also punched to the ground.
The suspect then got into a taxi for Bingley.
