SHOCKING AND RIDICULOUS: Car rammed twice in 'unprovoked' attack while parked on residential street

A CAR was aggressively rammed in an "unprovoked" attack while it was parked on a residential street in Bradford.
CCTV footage captured the moment a silver car twice smashed into a black Toyota Corolla before driving off.
The drama happened on Duckworth Grove, near to Bradford Royal Infirmary, at about 6.45pm on Monday. The CCTV footage was taken from a house the car was parked outside.
On Twitter, Hannah Ashraf posted the CCTV film and tweeted: "Cowardly and unprovoked by thugs, my sister's car, Duckworth Grove. No police attended."
In the footage, the silver car can be seen pulling up on the edge of the shot, before waiting for another car to pass by. Then it is suddenly driven aggressively at the Corolla - which was parked in a marked bay - ramming it twice and pushing it backwards half a car length. It was also nearly bumped into another car parked up behind it.
Councillor Arshad Hussain (Lab, Toller), who is portfolio holder on Bradford Council for neighbourhood and community safety, said: "It is shocking, just shocking.
"I cannot believe that people have no regard for the safety of others. It is just unfortunate that people are not realising the consequences.
"It is getting ridiculous. I will have to check with the police what is going on and how things have progressed."
He added: "It is a residential street - someone could have got hurt quite seriously. It is a very quiet street and there have been no real issues of that nature in that area.
"It is an isolated incident and it is the first time I have actually heard of something like this happening.
"It is worrying that someone could use a car like that. At the end of the day, the safety of all residents is paramount.
"Nobody expects something like this to happen.
"If anyone has any information out there about the perpetrators they should get in touch with the police."
