Armed police raid Wyke house as part of shooting investigation

Armed police raided a house as part of an investigation into a possible shooting.
Officers were called to Huddersfield Road, Wyke, at about 7pm last night.
A witness to the raid described what happened.
"It was really frightening, me and my boyfriend were just sat in the lounge and we heard loads of shouting. No warning just shouting.
"My front door was open and my dog ran out barking and we were shouted at to get inside and close the door," she said.
"Then we just watched, we didn't know if it was a bomb scare or anything to do with drugs."
A West Yorkshire Police spokesman said detectives had been given information about a suspect thought to be involved in the firearms incident on Friday night.
