Woman jailed for 'horrendous and appalling' neglect of animals at her filthy Bradford home

A WOMAN responsible for the prolonged neglect of animals at her Bradford home has been jailed.
Tracey Tindall, 46, of Lymington Drive, Holme Wood, was today sentenced by magistrates to 18 weeks imprisonment after she pleaded guilty to 20 charges of either causing unnecessary suffering to an animal or failing to ensure the welfare of an animal.
Bradford and Keighley Magistrates Court was told that RSPCA officers found decomposing bodies of cats and dogs around and outside the house.
The court heard that some animals found in a starved and emaciated condition had to be put to sleep, while there was evidence some of the animals had eaten other dead pets to try and survive.
